"Great breakfast. Nice central location and a nice room (could have used a fridge though). One big problem: the room had windows facing a quite noisy square (seagulls very noisy too). The windows also faced the sun and it was a hot summers day. As a result I had to choose between keeping the windows closed and sleep in a very hot room or keeping them open and sleep in a very noisy room."

"Das Hotel ist extrem praktisch, wenn man mitten in der Nacht auf dem Weg einer langen Reise von Deutschland nach Dänemark ankommt und selbst völlig flexibel in das Zimmer kommt. Es war bei uns in der 4. Etage recht warm... die Fußbodenheizung im Bad war im Sommer an und wir konnten sie nicht abstellen. Den Haupteingang könnte man besser beschildern wie auch die Küche. Da ist alles recht dunkel."

"Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for nature lovers and those wanting a quiet escape. It is a 20 minute walk from Middelfart and 30 minute walk from Middelfart train station, which is a bit of a way but doable and worth it. From the hotel we saw porpoises deer and a variety of birds. Superb views of the little belt and the two bridges from breakfast and dinner."
