"The rooms were out dated the plumbing didn’t work properly, air conditioning did not adjust to a cooler temp. There was no phone to contact front desk, outlets did not work properly "

"Great location, staff, food, pool and cleanliness only criticisms are there are no food or drinks available at the hotel after 10pm, the water in the shower also was never warm (room 205)"

"Could barely see the ocean. They put us on the ground floor right next to the snack bar and truck delivery for that food service. It was terrible.😳😩 Took longer to check in this time three different folks kept saying 15 more minutes 3 different times we finally went to the room and it was ready. So we got our luggage to room and never heard from front desk. Our TV had to be replaced after 3 times reported not working. Had to have AC reset and my daughter next door was using blow dryer and blew a breaker 🙈. Who knew you could only use bathroom outlets for that. They did respond quickly to calls. Oh worst of all being in that room we could not be comfortable sitting in balcony or getting dressed in the room as we also were at a common busy walk way for all to peer at us."
