This was easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the thoughtful and attentive staff to the beautiful property to the clean rooms, this place has it all. We felt well taken care of the entire stay and enjoyed all of the complimentary items provided by the hotel. It was so peaceful and allowed us to enjoy our time in San Sebastián that much more. The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect.
