"The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management. "
"The only downside is that this hotel and the 2 others nearby, are primarily for people who need to get an early flight or (possibly) arrive late at the airport and need a place to stay until the morning. As such there’s a lot of movement and sounds of people packing and unpacking in the early hours. I would have benefitted from a quieter night as we had a fairly early start. We were on the ground floor and guests above us on the first floor weren't quiet."
"Hotel was absolutely amazing. The only caveat was there was no room service after 10pm - not even for a beverage if you wanted one. No vending machines, no staff had access to any beverages. Had to walk outside in the freezing cold to the hotel next. door to ask their lobby if they had an orange juice. "
