Hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really great. WiFi had some issues while we were there, but otherwise I would recommend the hotel.

easy to get to by the 32 bus to Valery and then a walk of a few minutes. Its a great place with a kitchenette , pans, plates etc. Across the street is an incredible enormous market called FRESH which is all fresh vegetables, meats, etc... East walk of 7 minutes to the Monastery... loved it... didnt eat breakfast, with fridge in room had yogurt..

The Hotel Les Saules is a wonderful hotel that is a must for that trip away for any reason. The staff are personable and welcoming; very professional. Vonnas is this beautiful little town in France that is a hot bed of culinary excellence and the gem of the hospitality industry. Our room was lovely and well appointed. Nice hotel, the rooms are small but clean and have all the needed amenities. It was my first time staying at this brand so it took a little bit for me to figure out how to check in since they had a car gate locked at night. I was able to walk through the walk gate and go into the hotel lobby and use their machine. Overall, no major issues. One of my two rooms had better cooling with AC than the other room.
