This is a really special place. It’s probably the only 3star hotel with its own pier so if you like swimming in the lake or take a boat it’s perfect. I would definitely stay again. My time here was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was wonderful and access to the lake was perfect. The staff was very helpful and courteous as well. Definitely opt for a lake view room, it will not disappoint. We stayed for three nights in early September and would 100% recommend. Fantastic balcony, great bathroom and very quite and dark. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train, up/down hill, which was fine by us but worth taking into account. I'd recommend checking out domain bovy for a great wine tasting. There are only a few restaurants in Chexbres and they hold basic hours, but that's some of the charm of this small town.
