"The staff at this property deserve 6 stars. Truly, so helpful, friendly and responsive. The hotel is in an excellent location, high walk ability through charming Orange Centre. The hotel is dated but for the price has everything you should expect. We would most definitely stay here again. "

"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "
