Received a warm welcome at check-in, enjoyed great breakfasts cooked to order, and unfailingly helpful staff throughout our stay. Family-run business which cares about quality and works to make your stay enjoyable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

One of the loveliest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Super comfortable and very quiet, despite its convenient location in the town center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast seemed expensive, but there is a great bakery just a few doors down.

They have a beautiful patio right on a canal. Our room was large and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the main square and several museums. Everyone speaks English and both the hotel staff and people on the street were very helpful.

Great boutique hotel in Bruges. Excellent breakfast, nice staff and a short 5 minute walk from the central square. And as a bonus: one of the best beer shops (sorry the name escapes me right now but you can't miss it) in Bruges is only about 300 meters or so from the hotel.

What a wonderful hotel experience! Hotelier Marc and his wife were gracious and accommodating hosts, the room was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. What more could one want? Location was quiet, but only a short walk to everything we wanted to visit, and right on the bus line from the train station.

The hotel is immaculately maintained, and staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to provide assistance if needed. Thomas at the front desk was especially helpful in answering questions about train service to the airport as well as several other matters. Nicely renovated hotel in a great location with a helpful staff, particularly the young man who assisted us with hotel instructions before our late arrival. Our triple had plenty of space with a great view of the canal. Clean room & comfortable beds. I really liked this hotel, front desk person was very informative. The only negative thing about this hotel was the they have 2 poor little birds by the stairs, everytime i was coming down or up they were very nervous. I feel like they were having them for decoration, i would say if so please keep them in another place where they wont be disturbed by guests. Feed them with better food and where they can receive direct sun light. The 2 nights i was there i could hear them chirping I didnt mind,...

The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing hotel. Helpful staff and our rooms had washing machines - had we known, we wouldn't have spent 25 Euro on laundry the day before.
