8/10 Good

"Our best hotel on this tour of Ireland. Very handy for the town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and we ate in the hotel one evening and had a good meal. Only downside was that the shower was over a narrow bath and we did not feel comfortable using it."

"Sadly despite best efforts from a friendly staff we had a poor experience with our room. On the first day there was a constant motor noise which we were told came from the kitchen and would end when service was over. Our room safe would not reset so we had to be provided with the access key. The shower was unusable as the temperature varied from too hot to scalding and despite hanging a clean me sign on the door the room was not serviced. On the plus side the food was very good with over generous portion sizes which meant we did waste some food. We were surprised that when we ordered roast sirloin beef we were served with a grilled be it a very juicy and tasty steak but definitely not a sunday roast. Also on the plus side was a very friendly barman. We were aware of someone else complaining and the receptionist said she would take the matters up with her manager."

"Everything was excellent! The five star breakfast was particularly noteworthy.The staff provided a first class personal service, and the service was above and beyond from the staff in the breakfast room. The room was spotless and a great size. The bathroom was very spacious and well supplied. Well he back!"

"Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival."
