Good place, clientele was well over 50. Very quiet. No AC so can be warm at times but the sea breeze helps as does the fan. Classic English seaside experience

I needed a location that was central to my family who live in Pagham. The location could not have been better. The accommodation was adequate, the breakfast selection and quality was amazing. As was the selection of draft beer, I would 100% stay again. The staff members were customer oriented, they were very accommodating even with a very late check in and early departure.

We loved our stay here. The property is in a lovely quiet but convenient location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. There is a very helpful list of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The owners were very welcoming. I can’t recommend this guest house enough.

Selden Farm B&B was a totally delightful place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly, helpful statt and easy to walk out from a wonderful farm into exquisite surrounding countryside. Easy to great great dinner at the World's End pub, about a mile away. If you has breakfast at Seddon Farm, you will not need lunch. Also easy to get to Arundel, which is about 4 miles away. Will definitely return

Spent one night on a trip through SE England. Typical pub/inn in Fishbourne, a suburb of Chichester. Close to Roman villa ruins with probably the best mosaic floors outside of Mediterranean. Comfortable room recently renovated with nice bathroom. Rooms are in a small annex behind the pub across a small outdoor eating area -- it might be noisy on a busy summer evening, but was dead quiet on a cold March night. Good pub food; bar and restaurant busy with locals. Would stay here again.

You couldn’t get a better place to be in the centre of Arundel! The team were amazing even when a band I work with (Trinity) wanted to play an impromptu set for all the folks! They were so great in all their service and helping us! Brilliant room and great breakfast! Thank you!

A comfortable room with excellent continental breakfast provided was justvwhat I needed while staying in the area tonattend a wedding in Midhurst. Wonderfully helpful staff made all details easy. I would definately stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Over the course of the last couple of years I've stayed in over 200 hotels throughout the UK for work. Random Hall is probably the best I've stayed in. Other hotels may have bigger rooms or bigger bars, but doubt any can beat the wonderful food or the service on offer here. Made to feel welcome straightaway at check in, then ate a wonderful meal accompanied by a couple of locally brewed excellent beers. The staff were wonderful and cheerful. Restaurant and bar were excellent. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The property is within a five minute walk to the theatres and cathedral. I would definitely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at The Chichester Inn. The proprietor and his son were both wonderful. The room had everything I needed, and it was great to "live" above a vibrant pub with a folk music culture. I fell asleep one night to the sounds of celtic music floating up the stairs--a magical experience. The breakfast was generous and beautifully cooked. I also ate dinner there several times as the food was fresh and yummy. My only suggestion is that they might update the pillows and...

Very quaint old hotel, lovely small rooms, great staff and good food, both dinner and breakfast. Easy parking.
