"The hotel is in the historical downtown area of Cebu. You will find many guests from overseas. However the area around it is a not rough. We didn’t find the breakfast appealing either."

Breakfast is good and worth adding when staying here. Though would request adding favorite local Pilipino breakfast favs such as daing ( fry dry fish ) fruits ( banana ) local chorizo.
