"Fabulous room with all those little details missed by so many hotels and guest houses, all present. Fabulous breakfast with quality ingredients from local butchers and bakers cooked to perfection. Lovely couple that ran it too. If I had to find one complaint it would be that we couldn’t stay there any longer. This is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend."

"We were only staying for one night but the bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Bedroom was equipped with refreshments but the decor was a little tired. Lovely breakfast and a good choice of hot and cold food. Very pleasant staff in all areas. "

The staff were all so nice to us and went the extra mile to help us in different ways, such as making up the sofa bed, and giving advice on walking routes. Our room had a bath as well as shower which was brilliant. It was spacious. The bathroom has a sloping floor which is a bit strange but not a problem."
