"We loved that to get to the Isle of Wight Ferry was 7 minute walk. The staff in all areas were good natured and helpful. the room was just lovely and in a wonderful setting and felt more like an apartment than just a room. Lovely quality fittings, bed very comfortable with feather pillows, white fluffy towels in the bathroom. Felt very luxurious and the breakfast - great choice served with a smile. our eve meal was very tasty. Can't fault this grand building with all amazing spa and pools and...
