"Stayed a few times over the years. They have done it up brilliantly! My only gripe was the breakfast experience. I came at the time I had given but felt I was an inconvenience as the staff told me I only had so long, not to sit a certain tables. I was the only customer, they were packing away and were occupied with their next 'event'. Food for thought? Best wishes. "

"We booked the wrong room but Sam was brilliant in moving us without a fuss. Accommodation was exceptional, spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was perfect and so quiet. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely stay at Croyde Bay holiday park for a couple of days at Easter. The swimming pool was great for spending an afternoon in when it was raining outside and we loved the games room and kids disco. A massive thank-you to Ron, the maintenance guy who rescued us when the car battery was flat on leaving. Lovely hotel, great staff, would recommend and will definitely stay again."

"Sofa bed in the room to be used by our daughter was in very poor condition. It wasn’t made up on arrival and when the staff did come to make it it was obviously broken as she couldn't get it to stay open. On closer inspection the frame was all bent and was very uncomfortable for my young daughter."

"The Rose and Crown is a little inn just above Porthcawl. It’s old, and charming, and the rooms are in need of a little bit of updating—-new carpet would go a long way! But the beds were very comfortable, it met our needs, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a light dinner there, and it was delicious."
