The bathroom spotless and well provided with toiletries. The in-room drinks were plentiful and varied. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and cooked to order in front of you. Will definitely return. We had heavy luggage so they put us on a floor that had a working lift. Great location in the middle of Exeter. Loved the building! Free wifi but not secured with a password."

"There was a mix up at check in, where somebody else had been previously checked into our room ~ hence when we came to check in, no booking was in the system… the receptionists managed to get to the bottom of it, & resolve the issue as well as offering us a drinks voucher for the inconvenience. Was a small issue in the end, but the staff dealt with it really well "
