"The location is perfect, the best place to stay on Patmos. Walking distance to almost everything. The hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast really good. The room was very basic but had a nice balcony, was nice size, and really all we needed. The a/c worked great and it was hot outside. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar. The bar doesn't open very early. I think it was fully open about the time you stop using the pool. lol. Overall, clean, well located, great staff, excellent breakfast. You can't go wrong. I hope to stay here again."

"Lived proximity to beach and its location. Did not like the fact that we had to climb 70steps to access it and we’re not informed about it. My friend had knee surgery last year and had a hard time with the stairs"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kontemare Seascape. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, luxurious, and very practical for a family stay. Everything felt new, clean, and well taken care of. The private pool and air conditioning made the stay extremely comfortable, and the beach is only about 100 steps away. Balos Beach was a wonderful surprise: peaceful, quiet, uncrowded, and beautiful. There are also several restaurants nearby, and every place we tried was excellent. The whole area has a calm, relaxing, authentic feeling. This was one of the most peaceful and comfortable stays of our trip. We slept very well, enjoyed the pool and the sea, and would happily come back. One small suggestion: because the villa is surrounded by nature, the pool can collect insects/leaves quickly. It was clean when we arrived, but by the next morning it needed attention again, so slightly more frequent pool cleaning would make the experience even better. Overall, a beautiful villa in a very special and peaceful location. Highly recommended."

"Very clean room and hotel—we had a great experience here overall. Two things to keep in mind: 1. The pool is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We were a little disappointed by this, as we had hoped to go for an evening swim. The photos on the listing include nighttime pictures of the pool, which gave us the impression that it would be open later. 2. I would definitely recommend renting a car if you’re staying here. The location is great, but it’s still about a 5–10 minute drive from Evdilos, where you’ll find the main port and most of the restaurants. We rented a car ourselves and were really glad we did, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying here."
