One of the best hotel stays ever. From staff, to property and amenities, everything was 5 stars. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast had a variety of foods, many healthy choices, tasty and tastefully presented. The beach is amazing, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. This is a family business. The staffs were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The hotel picked me up and drove me to the bus station, which was very helpful. The location and the view of the hotel are unbeateble, both the river and of course the sea view. 5-10 min walking along the river to reach the sandbeach.

We had a wonderful stay. To say the staff was friendly and helpful would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. Lovely beachfront spot mixed in among the other hotels. Easy ride into town (20-25 minutes by bus or 15 by car). You can't beat the price vs. value for Beachfront Mediterranean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. We had a great experience! All of the staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were great. We had the suite, which was marvelous. An added bonus was that breakfast was included. The only minor issue was that the AC went out one evening, but it was fixed the next morning.

I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. Great room that combined modern comforts in bedding, air conditioning (much needed in Croatian summer) and bathroom with ancient touches (exposed walls of old building).
