"Very comfortable room, next to the center street. Great staff!"

"Room was spotless, and staff was very courteous."

"Location was excellent just opposite Shangzhi Street subway, walkable to St Sofia Cathedral and shops, restaurants, walking street Zhongyang."

"The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. "

"Brilliant location as simple as that"

"위치는 중앙대가에서 아주 가까워요. "

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3. Breakfast choices are very limited, there was a purple sweet potato porridge they did not label it, I asked staff this...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spread of breakfast. Very near to the Shanghai Street Metro station, Songhua river and eateries. "

"Great hote and services. Definitely stays again and highly recommend."

"My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!"

"Great location near malls, good service and clean rooms."

"Great staff response."

"De hade vad man kunde förvänta sig av ett 5-stjärnigt hotell; fina och rena rum, tillmötesgående personal etc. Personalen ger jag ett extra plus till. Trots språk barriären så visades jag till dit jag skulle och väntade på mig tills de försäkrat sig om att det är rätt."

"地址方便 環境清潔 服務到位"

"We were so grateful for the front desk service, they took extra miles to help us through WeChat communication. All the staff were very helpful in this hotel! We had a great time in Harbin. Thank you so much to everyone!!!"

"Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "
