"Everything about this place was great and just what we wanted. Spacious rooms with everything you need in the kitchen. The building is a bit dated, but they’ve done a lovely renovation job inside. We appreciated the nice, new hot shower. The bed was comfortable with nice, cosy bedding and the heat pump was great. We both had a great night’s sleep. Our late check-in was easy thanks to some clear instructions in a text message and we dropped our key off to one of the guys when we left, who was really nice. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Can’t say enough good things about Dunedin House - friendly staff, great room and bed, unique decor, and countless thoughtful little touches over the stay. Really impressive. Normally I’m a sucker for always trying somewhere new but I have a need to Dunedin I’ll definitely be returning."
