"The front desk lady was very friendly and courteous. She spoke good English with not much of accent. The hotel is modern and can tell they renovated everything. The bathroom shower and faucet working well without splashing water. The only thing I didn’t like was light switches in the room. I could never figure out how to turn on all the lights. The room is too dark to my taste. Now here is the best part. The breakfast buffet. It was really good and had plenty of selections. The specialty coffee can be ordered with charge. I ordered one Americano and it was like $6.00. Oh I almost forgot to mention that they have no parking being in heart of downtown but I was able to find street parking relatively easy. I do recommend this hotel."

"This was hands down one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. This property was prisitne, clean, extremely accomodating, and I highly reccomend the stay to all my solo travelers especially. I felt safe, and the staff was helpful! convenient access to ice, drinks, snacks. The wrist band key access was convenient and a cute touch to the unique boarding experience of City Hub overall."

"During my recent stay at the Reykjavik Residence Hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional service from their lovely staff, who truly made us feel right at home. Even though we arrived quite early, they were kind enough to get us checked in the moment our room was ready, completely free of charge. It was such a relief to rest up a bit before heading out to explore the city! The team also gave us some fantastic recommendations for local activities, and their breakfast was wonderfully simple, fresh, and nutritious. If you're planning your Iceland adventure, I highly recommend this hotel!"
