The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.

Property is located on the fourth floor of a building, there are elevators for your luggage and the rooms are beautiful as pictured. It is like 13 minutes walking to the Galleria Umberto I and 20 minutes drive to the airport. The host was great communicating with us and helped us get a taxi to the airport.
Valentina was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The property itself is well maintained and you can see that care was taken into the upgrades as the facility is completely modern and stylish as well as comfortable.
