"The Palazzo Santa Caterina is a beautiful historical building with a wonderful history. It is located near restaurant and shops. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is exceptionally delicious. The workers work hard to make your stay wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very kind and genuine. The city of Dorgali is beautiful against the backdrop of the mountains. It has a lot of character and the people of this city are kind and go out of their way to be helpful, I highly recommend the Palazzo Santa Caterina."
Su Gologone Experience Hotel

"Su Gologone is an immersive Sardinian experience where you feel the rustic, rugged beauty of the mountains and rock formations of this island. our suite was spectacular; two levels, two full bathrooms, two terraces each with its own outdoor soaking tub. the food was delicious and very fairly priced considering the isolation of this resort--they could charge anything they want because it's so remote. But they don't. and the portions are huge, my husband and I shared some meals. Christian, the concierge and everywhere guy, was beyond helpful and attentive. took care of our every request from recommending wineries to providing comfortable quiet seating at the outdoor bar terrace where the loud music bothered our friends. Rooms were in impeccable condition; the landscaping is rustic; half the plants were stressed or dying, but it had been an incredibly hot summer and we were there in the fall, so understandable the plants weren't at their peak. the pool is lovely although the grass around it is muddy and there are bugs that bite, beware to bring bug spray. our only complaint is lack of comfortable seating--they have authentic ladder back/woven rush seat chairs in the dining room, suites/rooms and various public locations, and they are miserable to sit in, even if they are "local" and cute. comfortable dining chairs would be a huge plus in our opinion. we really couldn't wait to finish breakfast or dinner just to get out of the chairs."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We had such a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable — a fantastic hotel and definitely one we would recommend."

"Excellent stay! The staff was more than helpful, they helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations, also helping ua book the cala goloritze hike (do it with time, it sells out) and even helping us with private boat companies recommendations. Breakfast was delicious with variety of charcuterie, cheese and pastries, also a coffee machine with capuccinos and other types of coffees. The hotel is very well located, in the heart of sta maria navaresse a very small but very charming town, near the beach of santa maria navaresse, you could rent a beach towels at the hotel for 7€, and they also lend you beach umbrellas. Also very clean hotel and free parking. Loved the stay, would recommend to anyone!!"

"Very peaceful property, well maintained, attentive and respectful staff. We had a great time swimming in the pool and ocean, as well as hanging in the hammocks in the pine forest. Our room was upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely the highlight of our honeymoon :)"

"The grounds of this property are gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. Dinner is delicious! We didn’t do breakfast (€17/person) because we prefer a cafe in town. The room was fine, the beds and pillows were very firm and we had trouble sleeping. There is a hammock, and I wish there were more cozy chairs to lounge in since there really isn’t much to do besides read. There were games out on the first day, then it rained and they went away and we didn’t see them again. We traveled with two young kids and while I loved the property grounds, it wasn’t the best place for kids."
