"Very convenient, central location for our needs to get to Antiques Fairs . Large, clean room / ensuite. Codes to access building and room where semt in plenty of time. One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub /resteraunt next door while we waited. Comfotable bed and comfortable stay - would book again ."

"We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! We let and found appropriate accommodations! I can’t believe they would consider renting the place! We had to travel down a one way road to get to the place and the gate was closed. The neighbor sent us another way and the grounds were beautiful but the place was totally trashed. There was nobody there to...

"Large room with all you’d need for a short stay, but no frills. The decor is a quite bleak. Value for money with the real bonus of private parking and a short drive from the centre of Newark or access the bi-monthly antiques fair at the showground. Excellent Indian restaurant right on the doorstep. "
