"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Spadai! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Duomo and within walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight for me was the breakfast—it was truly unlike anything I’ve ever seen, with an endless selection of pastries. On our first night, they even provided a turndown service with mints on the pillows. For our early return flight, the hotel arranged a taxi for us at 4 a.m. and even had a to-go breakfast bag ready at the front desk. I highly recommend Hotel Spadai—if you’re visiting Florence, you will not be disappointed!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at iQ Hotel Firenze. The hotel is modern, very clean, and in a great location close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Florence. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and many healthy options. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. The only small issues were that my wife found the pillows a bit too stiff, and our room faced the train tracks, so it was a little noisy at the beginning of the evening. Still, overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again next time we visit Florence."

"It is the worst hotel I have ever been in, the staff extremely rude. They no nothing about hospitality. The bathroom smelled bad, the bed is hard and so are the pillows. The ratings made me stay here but really zero satisfied. The only good thing is the location."

"Lovely place perfect for family. Easily accessible to city center with the bus no 14 which you get just right outside the main entrance. Tickets can be picked up from reception. Lovely restaurant and play area for kids. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Excellent "

"The location is perfect for the sightseeing but the property has an issue with hot water for the room. If the water ran out then you have to wait for 40mins before you have the hot water back. My wife was with full shower foam when the hot water ran out and waited in the cold for hot water"

"We recently stayed at Hotel Cavour and had a great experience overall. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a big difference to our stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Florence, making it very easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. For the price, it offers really good value considering the central location and overall quality. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day properly. All in all, a solid choice if you’re visiting Florence—comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced with great service."
