Loses 'full marks' since the air-conditioning (clima) appeared ineffective, and the shower was very difficult to use without getting water all over the rest of the bathroom."

"As everyone has said previously on this site, the staff really make this hotel. They are very helpful and friendly; nothing is too much bother for them. They helped to find us when we got lost in the town on arrival, they arranged a taxi to come and get us off the hill opposite (thankfully there is a car park at the top as there was no way I was making it back on foot!). "Staff at the hotel were great. We stayed 2 nights and it was very hot. Unfortunately the air con can’t cool the old building when it is this hot. So room was quite warm. Staff provided fans. Also jacuzzi pool is not complementary. Lovely old building though, easy to find etc. "
