As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer. We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. My room was spacious and contained a large writing desk with a nespresso machine and free nespresso pods, teabags, and bottles of still water (what's more, these items were restocked every day). It also contained one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. In addition, one of the best restaurants in Tallinn (Michelin star quality) can be found in the basement. In particular, their €15 three-course lunch is not to be missed.

Excellent location between ferry harbor and Old Town (both easy walking distance). Nice safe block with shopping, restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and functional, furniture in good condition (stayed in "comfort" room). There is a spa (small pool, two jacuzzies, three different sauna) on the second floor, included in price (massage extra charge). For the spa, bathrobe is in room, but you must buy slippers from reception (EUR2 a pair) which is kinda ridiculous, but no big deal. Reception...
