"The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station.
The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean!
I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again!

There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...
