The family and the animals are friendly and care for you well. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin so when someone sneezes in the next room it will wake you up. I was happy that most of the time I stayed here alone. There is a fantastic view of the hillside village Altavilla Silentina. I was glad to spend the two weeks driving around to learn more about the area as I was thinking about buying a home here, but the level of local poverty means it would be difficult to get services here. A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room.

This is the second time I’ve been back to this property. The owner is a lovely man. The breakfast is excellent. You can open a bottle of wine and enjoy it in the beautiful garden.

We attended a wedding in Capaccio. The bride and groom suggested this hotel. It is so tastefully done. Even though it is only about 10 years old it appears authentic. The restaurant was superb and the proprietor and staff were exceptional with their caring. It is a family operation and they are charming. Elia and his wife are great hosts. Place is 5+ stars with beautiful view and sunrise. Breakfast is organic and my wife is special thankful for their care for her diet restriction. We would come here whenever we are in this area.

Beautiful place! Enjoyed the room, the farm and the hospitable staff. Their fresh buffalo mozzarella is incredible!! The only negative was the sound from the kitchen below at night, likely making the fabulous mozzarella. However, would not hesitate to return.

Location Location is everything. This spot was central to all. Train station, fashion district, resturant row, a promenade, marina and somewhere there was a beach .... Full one bedroom apartment w/ 1 1/2 bathrooms - sound proof windows queen size bed. lovely kitchen with everything you need including a juicer. This is a super unique Property. Awesome Italian feel and looks. Very comfy rooms and bed. Suites have a living room, separate bedroom, large room with stand alone tub, and a spacious toilet room with shower. The grounds are immaculate and the views are spectacular. The only negative is the small choice of available food for lunch and dinner. The dinner menu is small and its the same every day. I wish they had a place to get some pizza and pasta. Angela the hostess was amazing! Amazing breakfast in the morning!!!!! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Cold beers in the mini fridge!!!! Walking distance to ferry and main strip in town. A great base for hopping along the Amalfi coast. Easy ferry to Amalfi and Positano!! Took a day boat trip right out of Salerno.
