"I loved my stay at ROK. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made the stay feel so comfortable. The modern aesthetic of the hotel made the hotel feel warm. Beautiful paintings & ancient artifacts. I Opted out of daily breakfast from the hotel but enjoyed the ROK breakfast at the cafe. The pool settings was beautiful and relaxing. "

"The staff was excellent, breakfast was filling, property clean. Check-in was arduous, but the front desk staff was pleasant and made every effort to alleviate the situation. Note that there is a two hundred dollars refundable incidental charge that can either be paid in cash or held against a credit card, it cannot be held against a debit card as I learned the hard way. Expedia does not explicit provide that information. Overall it was a good stay. Quiet property, beautiful view from the balconies, lovely pool deck with a Jamaica-shaped pool. Close to the town and many eating areas. "

"The breakfast was excellent. The view at the dining area was amazing. The grounds were well maintained. The hotel is under construction, and the accommodations are not quite up to par. The rooms are not complete and are poorly decorated. My overall experience was not the best."
