"This property is stunning! The hostess was gracious and the location convenient. Kingsville is very pretty and a number of great restaurants to choose from were close by."
"Seacliffe Inn in Leamington is a gem.
The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and situated with a view to the beach area.
The person at the Front desk was friendly and helpful.
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves it, but there are a couple of things I would like to bring up for further review.
The room would have been much more enjoyable with a couch, rather than bar stools.
The on-site dining experience is far too expensive for the beach atmosphere. I would have liked to try it, but the dinner bill for 2 would was similarly priced with two expensive restaurants in Toronto (Jacob's & Co, Harbour 360). When we went to view the patio, there was only one family sitting there at peak dinner time. I am guessing I am not alone in my thoughts.
Thankfully there was Ray's Rib restaurant within walking distance. It had decent food and reasonable prices.
I would return to this Inn. Please don't let my added commentary dissuade anyone else from staying there.

Best Western Plus Leamington Hotel & Conference Centre
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is easy to find and the closest to the national park so it was great to visit daily and close drive to downtown and waterfront. Dining available. Lots of parking available. Games room is great. Nice pool but gets very loud with kids using the slide on weekends or when doing construction. Pet friendly. Only complaint was "patio" consisted of 2 patio stones and a tree on each side to the curb parking in front of room.Wouldn't consider it a patio as couldn't sit there with chairs because the car is right in front. Non patio room guests parked in front of ours so was annoyed we had to squeeze around their car. Will pick a balcony another time with more room. Will only clean room only as requested at check in."
"Its no frills...i liked that it was clean and convenient for a night or two stay. The little decorative garden area was nice and well kept. Newer tv's with plenty of channels, i was comfortable and peaceful. Ok on the price. Would have been nice to offer a coffee and small sweets for a comlimentary, just a suggestion"
