"Overall a great experience, staff was amazing, and kind. The free breakfast was not big on variety but everything tasted good and there was plenty of it. Honestly the only draw back was the long hairs that I found in the shower and sink. It’s not a big deal, hair is easy to miss when cleaning. So 4 stars is fair I believe."

"This business hotel makes a reasonable base for exploring the Shiretoko National Park, given that options in Utoro are very limited. It is functional and a bit charmless, though facilities are all ok. The interior could do with renovating, as it all looks dark and gloomy. The mattresses were rather hard and the breakfast buffet wasn't up to the standard of other hotels we've stayed in - no fresh fruit, margarine instead of butter, unpleasant coffee (there's a better quality in the machine in reception). Staff were all pleasant enough."

"This hotel is close to the bus terminal. It is also walking distance to Godzilla Rock. Front staff is friendly and speaks English. At check out, we were asked to pay Y300 each for using the Onsen or hot bath. We told him we didn’t use the hot bath facility but we still have to pay for it. I don’t think that is right. "

"Hotel is excellent in all areas like food, Onsen, foot bath, afternoon tea, size of room……… Not much to do and see outside unless drive or tour. Different shape of rocks can be seen from room. "
