The room was spacious but placement of putting the luggage’s was difficult because of the design of the room. Staff was nice enough to send a message that I had left my phone charger and was kind enough to send it to my next hotel in Osaka, of course with a small fee. The onsen in the hotel was nice that I could use it for myself for 45 min. The pass from the hotel allowed us to use other nearby onsens as well.
The room was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The private spa was incredible and I loved every bit of that experience and that town. Would love to go again!
Staff were very friendly and the onsen in the hotel was very comfortable. Would recommend purchasing the dinner in advance but able to purchase the breakfast which we enjoyed thoroughly.

It’s a small resort with only a small amount of rooms but our room had a river side window that was wonderful in the morning. For anyone worried about noise the whole town is very quiet so it’s not an issue at all.

This was an amazing hotel. We had access to the really amazing, clean and not very populated public onsen with access to hot & cold pools, showers and sauna. Food was amazing too. We really loved it and will be back.
The room was very clean and spacious, and the shower room and private onsen were beautifully designed. The building is centrally located so access to any of the 7 onsen in town was very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it felt like home each time we came or left. We would highly recommend a stay here.
The experience is amazing. The service is superb. After choosing your bath robe, the lady actually walk us up to our room and explain everything, including helping my wife to wear her yukata. The hotel looks a little dated but extremely clean and neat. Room is comfy. The in house onsen is excellent as well. When we get off at train station, there's free shuttle to bring us the hotel.
