"Amazing, friendly, charming, helpful staff, they let us talk their ear off at the bar and were deeply knowledgable about the mansion's history and Buffalo's scene. Was there in a pinch to offer us extra water bottles or silverware, the small things you forget about when staying at a hotel. Great breakfast options. Immaculate interior, and I really appreciated the local fine art that adorned the walls. So many places do the boring, predictable touristy local maps and travel posters and call it...

"Check in and out was a breeze, room was as expected: clean and comfortable. 24hr coffee and tea was a nice perk. Hotel was conviently located within walking distance from the Kleinhans Music Hall and some great local watering holes. Great price!"

"We were in Buffalo to see the Lacrosse game at the Keybank Center. I was so relieved we could use their Shuttle service to get us within walking distance of the Arena! All the drivers were very nice. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge! The only reason this review isn't 5 stars were the beds were very soft. We would definitely stay here again"

"We stayed for a concert at Keybank. Pretty close walk. The same staff was there in the evening and in the morning and was very pleasant both times! Very cute place to stay. We’ve been here a few times and will definitely come back. If I had to critique one thing. The coffee in the room was horrible. "

"The Edward is a hidden gem in the Elmwood area of Buffalo. The room was large and spacious. It had nice amenities as well, including an area off the lobby for people to gather. Check in was super easy and the staff checked in every day with us to make sure we had everything we needed. There are only 6 parking spots on site, but on street parking was available. Very lovely - would definitely stay there again!"
