The decor is a little dated but the hotel and our room were clean and we found our stay to be very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful and secure parking was available. "For reasonably priced, clean accommodation was excellent. While out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Banff, your room stay includes a free bus pass to explore Banff and beyond. We had dinner in the restaurant at the Canoe Hotel across the street. Was much more fairly priced that restaurants downtown, and the food and ambience was excellent."
