"I enjoyed my stay at Barcelo. The staff was amazing and memorable. Leo was the first person I met, he helped bring my luggage to my room, I had the premier package and he explained everything to me. I asked for advice for places to visit and eat. He gave me great suggestions. He even explained my view from my window. I then met Alejandro and Adrianna at the premier lounge. They were extremely polite and friendly. I felt important, they served me well and deserve a raise! They both operate in excellence ensuring everyone had an exceptional experience. I enjoyed the lounge and the snacks. There were nights where I did not feel like going out and the lounge had delicious steak, and beverages. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and take advantage of the luxury package. It serves your vacation well!"

We had to ask for a night table, as an special request and we suggested that there were no options in the continental breakfast of any other kind of cow milk, like almond, oat or soy milk at all.
