"What an amazing hotel. Small but very convenient, friendly, clean, spacious and friendly members of staff. Breakfast is amazing and excellent quality. If you are driving, just be aware that there is a low emissions in the area which you must register your car. But everything you need is close by such as the local town to vineyards for wine tasting. Booked with a sea view, got a view overlooking their restaurant that’s between the hotel and the sea. I did get moved up a floor after a discussion with staff that included highlights as “our definition of sea view is windows in the direction of the sea” - so the view part was irrelevant. They lock the doors at 23:00, they don’t mention this at all during checkin. We were locked...

The owners, Lorenzo and his wife Sara, decorated their place with a unique and distinguished look. The room was spacious and impeccable. The breakfast was awsome. I would definately come back here. "Beautiful room with dining close. After I booked I realized there was as no elevator to room my husband is 71 and had difficulty making it up the stairs with suitcase, I was not much better. Parking was easy. Dance competition in piazza at night. "

"This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Villa Mazzanta gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und außerordentlich freundlich. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und man wird mit ausreichend Handtüchern versorgt. Die Einrichtung an sich ist etwas veraltet, funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei. Die Dusche könnte größer sein, denn sie ist sehr eng geschnitten und die Türen lassen sich nicht weit öffnen (was sich zum Beispiel beim duschen mit Kleinkind schwierig gestaltet). Das Frühstück...

"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."
