"The staff was amazing. I want to specifically mention Nina and Matthieu at the reception, they were kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to talk to the owner too, he was helpful and a very nice guy. The location of the hotel resort is great: not far from the RN7 at the entry of Antsirabe. The outside design of the bungalows looked very attractive. The interior design of the bungalow where we were is nice. The outside landscape of the resort is very amazing. There is a beautiful pool there....

"The hotel was about what I expected for Antrisabe, but I think the price is too high. Par for the course is the lack of toiletries, but there was also no towel. Otherwise it is barebones but serviceable with a friendly staff."

"Booked 5 rooms for 5 people at Bira hotel. Booking was confirmed. Then an hour before we arrived, we were told the hotel was full and that we were being moved to another hotel. We then ended up staying at Hôtel MENABE'L, which is normally a cheaper hotel. We still had to pay the price for Bira Hotel, which was 50% higher than the listed price on Hôtel MENABE'L. This seems like a scam, in which both hotels might be involved with. I would hence recomond caution to book hotel with either of...

"The main issues we noticed was that it seems they have some plumbing issues to figure out. In both rooms that we had it seemed that the shower pan was leaky and even if you were really careful water went all over the floor. That seemed to cause a very musty smell in the room. Surprised to see that issue with such a new building. Also took a few minutes for hot water but that's pretty common in Madagascar. It was plenty hot once it got going. I hope they get the leaking issue sorted out...
