"I’ve stayed in several hotels in Łódź, including more expensive ones, but Qubus Hotel Łódź was my favorite. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, with a wide range of healthy and homemade options. I also really enjoyed the dinners, and the waiter even put live football on the screen for me, which was a nice personal touch. The staff were friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth. A great detail was the filtered water dispensers on every floor, offering cold still and sparkling...

"No AC No fridge no elevator No heavy curtain - you get woke up by sun the area is slum-like and has no places to eat or walk around (just a 7-11 type place a block away).Though formally urban, it is STRICTLY for guests with CARS On the plus side it is clean (tho everything worn out) and the personnel was really helpful (as if to compensate for the above)"

I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful.
