2ND Time staying here, Couldn't ask for more, Check in, Staff, rooms, all exceeded expectations. Friendly, Clean and Quiet, just the way I like it!!!

Josh checked us in and he was very polite and calm when he was the only one at check in with a line out the door. 12 folks came in at the same time and he handled it professionally and was very courteous.

This is my 4th hotel in Cheyenne and by far the best one yet. Updated, efficient, spotless, and accessible! We'll be back!

Very clean hotel. Staff was very nice.

Room was booked for 3 weeks and expedia calls the morning of our check in date to say they overbooked the hotel and they would find us another place. Well, the couldn’t so I called the hotel directly and they took care of us. Renee and Eli were absolutely amazing and delivered exceptional customer service. A+ for Towneplace. Breakfast was very nice and so was the dining area. Very clean facility.

Pretty in the middle of nowhere place but also perfect location for someone like me traveling cross country and needed a convenient stop along the interstate. Everything inside was clean and comfortable

I always enjoy my stay here at Staybridge Suites in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Look forward to seeing you all again!

Clean, spacious , comfy beds and good pillows. Good toiletries and very good toilet paper . Easy parking. Would definitly stay again

Felt a little sketchy for the area, but the staff was friendly and the room was decently clean. The bathroom could have used a bit more
