The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"I highly recommend Oliver. The property is very modern and clean. The kitchen is well fitted for making breakfast and cooking simple dishes. You have all the shops you may need (bakery, grocery, supermarket, self-care and cosmetics, kids and adults clothes etc) all within 5 minutes walk. Hutolderfer strase station (U3) is also 3-5 mins walk and you can be 8n city centre in 15 minutes. Staff were helpful but require to improve communication skills in English.
