"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

"Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat. "Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster, die Betten sind zwar bequem aber die Laken waren verschmutzt, und die Dusche eine einzige Vollkatastrophe, die Toilette undicht das alles permanent unter Wasser stand.
