"Excellent property in a superb location. Only a few minutes walk to town through a lovely woodland. It accommodated 4 adults and two dogs perfectly. The host was exceptional with thier preparation of the property and it was faultless for our needs. Highly recommended for time spent in Belper or the wider region."

The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. The peacefulness of the isolated apartment gives you maximum chance to relax. I look forward to returning once again in the future. "

"The room was very clean with amenities you would need. The bathroom was well stocked, with lots of hot water. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the best I have anywhere, you had a tray of cereal, fruit, fruit juices and pastries and an additional hot breakfast with lots of tea and coffee. There is free parking across from the family tree, you have to take care when crossing to it. Thank you for a lovely stay."
