"Clean room Great staff"

"The Salana Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It is so convenient to restaurants, cafes, night markets etc. Our room on the 5th floor was really quiet. The staff are very friendly and the girls on the front desk all spoke English. The Spa was excellent. I had a lovely facial there. The breakfast provided a wide range of food including delicious soups. They even made flat white coffee and they were excellent. I’d love to stay at the Salana again. "

The location is perfect – within easy reach of Patuxay, That Luang, the night market, and shopping centers like Vientiane Center and Parkson. The airport is also just a 15-minute drive away. Rooms are simple but comfortable, clean, and well-prepared. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Service is where the hotel really shines – the staff are warm and welcoming, even assisting with luggage. Facilities include all the essentials, plus a nice swimming pool and a restaurant with a variety of tasty dishes. I had a small issue with the TV, but it was promptly resolved. Overall, excellent value for money and a stay that exceeded expectations."
