"First the positives - good location, good view, nice accommodation. Then the negatives - no breakfast, very limited evening menu only on certain days. But most off-putting was the staff. One in particular who was rude, obnoxious, aggressive to the point of abusive. I stay in loads of hotels, I’ve never come across anger and aggression like this directed at guests. All kicked off because I had wanted to use a napkin to dry off a laptop that had got soaked in the rain. I was told I couldn’t do that and had to use toilet paper from the toilets. When I remonstrated she exploded. Extraordinary! A stain on our stay in Lofoten and a poor reflection on the staff at this location. "
