The Well was perfect. Beautiful setting, hotel, & spa. Room was immaculate & nicely furnished. The spa will wow you for sure. Olga in the spa was awesome!! We did an aufguss & meditation session with her & loved them both. The breakfast was outstanding. Every staff person was gracious & helpful. If you’re in Oslo it’s so worth it to visit The Well!
This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I've ever had! The staff were wonderful from the time I arrived until the time I departed. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was delightful with the rain shower. I particularly loved the blackout curtains that were set up to overlap each other and therefore let absolutely zero light in. I slept really well, especially since there was minimal noise. I missed the complimentary breakfast the first two mornings...
Everything was great during my stay but 2 things that exceeded my expectations were the breakfast and the gym facility. The breakfast was one of the best ive ever had in a hotel and the gym had every equipment you can think of. Only thing that i would like to see next time is a SMILE on the receptionists face.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Clarion Hotel. Excellent location - close to central train station, restaurants, and sights. Modern, clean hotel that serves a fantastic breakfast. No complaints.
What a great property directly in front of the Christmas markets! Andres and the staff were super helpful and the breakfast is impeccable!! Would highly recommend to stay here. I would not recommend having a car as Oslo is a walkable city and not designed for cars. Train from the airport is the cheapest and most convenient recommendation. Only a 10-min walk to the hotel.
Hard to find it on the beginning, I wrote an email to ask the best way to get there, since my flight was very late, didn’t get an answer, you should help better with directions before someone gets there, everything else was perfect

The location of this hotel is AWESOME!! You can walk to so much!! And the Oslo Pass (museum fees and pubic transportation are covered) is the way to go for getting everywhere else and there is a stop a short 2 blocks away. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk was patient and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and yummy. The rooms are cozy, and loved having a balcony with a peek of the sea. Used it to dry our wet clothes :) there’s no AC, but the front desk provided us a fan which cooled the room for the night. Would stay here again!
Location, location, location! Express from airport ( 15 minutes) arrives across the hotel . The beautiful opera , the Munch house both “ around the corner “ . Long pier with lots of restaurants short distance walk !
