"THe location is perfect, next to MetroRogier, 5 min walk from Brussels North Station (one station from the airport), and 10 min walk to the city centre. THe hotel has a large gym with 6 treadmills and other equipment and a swimming pool on the roof top. Everything is spacious including the room. The staff is friendly, but not responding well. For example, the shower and sink are not draining to make flooding of water to the entire bathroom and the living room. I mentioned this to the reception desk several times, but not fixed. Room cleaner forgot something almost every day.-- all are minor things, but annoying."
"Perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of Brussels. The breakfast and bar were well appointed with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and accomplished. The gym reopened during our stay which we appreciated. The swimming pool was in great demand because of the very hot weather so we sadly gave it a miss. The public underground car park was immediately opposite the hotel and was pristine and secure."
"So happy I chose the hotel with the calm relaxing pool area as the weather was beautiful our whole stay (mid June). Hotel is in the perfect location for all your needs and wants to see. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel was very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and return on a future visit"
