"We loved this hotel. The room was large and on the same floor as the reception so it was easy for us to bring in our luggage, we had a real bathtub that worked - as opposed to some of our other hotels where the bathtub did not work - the staff was helpful, the place was charming and in Bruges the location was just great. You can walk anywhere in Bruges so this was a good place to spring from. It was quiet, the bed was great. All good things to say about this one!"
"It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere and I liked the ambiance of the hotel along with spaciousness of the suite we stayed at, it was very nicely designed also but unfortunately the suite had a sewage smell in it! The moment we entered the suite the smell was there and nothing could be done about it since we only had room for one night & hotel was completely booked! "
"Brussels central station is only 6 min walk , grand place was only 3 to 5 min walk .
Lot of restaurants around the hotel . Gallery was only 2 min away .
I would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay very local to hotel and lots of brunch / dine in places to look into it . "
