"The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. The location is excellent, too - right by the central bus and train stations with lots of bus, tramway and metro connections available. Our room had a bit of a cleanliness issue which we reported to the staff and they seemed concerned. The surface of everything was very clean but a look under the bed or under a mattress was a bit gross. "

"1-It’s a great hotel. I would rate it as excellent 4 stars. As it’s not 5 starts by all accounts.
2- The location is excellent in the heart of the city and in walking distance to all attractions.
3-It’s very clean and smells really nice everywhere(rooms and communal spaces)
4- The breakfast is so basic and it’s not worth the 22€.
5- With regards to the staff( 2 male receptionist are so unhelpful and one of them is so grumpy and he wouldn’t even smile at the guest upon arrival) there was a noise nuisance (celebration of students graduation) they were beating loud drums at the door of the hotel and many guests complained about it as we couldn’t sleep for 2 days out of the 3 days stayed. The response from the receptionist was so poor and defensive, that they can’t do anything about it. I would say it’s an isolated incident as the rest of the staff are friendly."
