"We checked in and discovered molds on bed sheets. The staff changed us to another room, but the toilet fan in that room is broken. Amenities are stingily insufficient. No kettle in the room so we asked for one. The staff said they will send it to our room but they clearly forgot about that. They did sound nice but not being helpful at all. One of the worst hotels we stayed given the price. Not recommended."
"the room had no windows and only one aircon in the living room area… so there was very poor ventillation. the bathroom sliding door cannot be closed as well as its stuck in the wall. During check in, i also had to announce my address, phone number and rather than writing it on a sheet of paper, when i offered to write it instead, the staff just said you can just tell me…but the reception for check in was at a packed bar… made me feel uncomfortable"
"Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!!
- Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport.
- The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful.
- Rooms were clean, bright and spacious.
- One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide slippers. Nevertheless, this didn't affect our overall experience on our stay. :)"
