"Very welcoming staff, when I first arrived there, the front desk staff Stephanie and Shemar helped is quickly check in and walked us to our room and showed us all the ameneties.
Bar staff William, Stephanie and Elizabeth ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. The drinks were always delicious. Would have loved if there were more fruit options at the buffets throughout the day. Houskeepimg always did a great job. Beach was cleam and beautiful. The staff will be the reason why I come back. Thank you for welcoming us. "

"I really like that the staff rake and clean the beach front when all the debris were wash up onto the beach area. The room is very nicely decorated and the cleaning staff did a great job. On all everything was great, but I have to say that the food option was not large and was not the best food. We end up eating at other resorts and other restaurants because the options were not a lot and was not very good."
"Lack of maintenance, bathrooms need calking, and cleaning up. Elevators need maintenance. Low water pressure and bathrooms faucet and accessories need upgrades. Cleanliness is not done daily and towels are left dirty. Staff are not eager working to help guests. Good selection served for breakfast is very poorly selected and served."
