"The breakfast bar had excellent selections each day we utilized it. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. The staff were very good, welcoming and definitely helpful to find things to do. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kitty at the front desk gave us some places to visit and would ask about our experience which made the stay very welcoming!! We loved staying at the Ruby Molly! "
"The hotel was in a good location in regards to being near the airport, as a matter of fact it was within walking distance. Unfortunately that was about the only good thing I would say about the hotel. The staff, compared to a lot of hotels that I've stayed in, left a little to be desired. When we arrived I went to the check in desk and greeted the receptionist, she couldn't be bothered. I said hello and asked how she was and told her I was there to check in...the only response I got was check in will be in 30 to 40 minutes, you can wait in the lobby.
When we traveled to the other side of the lobby looking for a restaurant another person, this time a man, asked if he could help, we told him we were waiting to check in and he said you and wait here pointing to seats in the lobby. We asked if there was a restaurant and he said the restaurant didn't open until 5 pm it was around 1 pm however he didn't mention that the bar was open and was serving food, we happen to find that out on our own by walking into the bar.
Anyway we ordered food and our order came back incorrect, the wrong beer and no soup, when soup was ordered. Then when we wanted to pay we had to hunt someone down and the bill had the soup that never arrived on it. When we checked out the same receptionist that couldn't care less when we were checking in just took our hotel key and said...you're done, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
